Q: Does SOCHi have job fairs? When and how often?
SOCHi has job fairs twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. If you would like to RSVP for our upcoming career fair please contact Cassandra@sochi.edu.
Q: What positions are your graduates trained for?
Massage, Physical Therapy Aide, Medical Billing and Coding & Personal Fitness Trainer.
Q: Can I visit SOCHi to interview students?
Yes, we encourage on-campus interviews and hiring events. This is a great way to see our SOCHi culture first hand. Students often feel more comfortable interviewing at a place they are familiar with. Career Services can reserve an area or massage space to interview students and graduates for your convenience.
Q: Does the Career Center charge a fee for their services?
Should your company have a vacancy, we can assist by pre-screening resumes and sending you qualified candidates, at absolutely NO COST to your company. We help facilitate every step of the recruitment process to make it stress-free and cost-effective for both you and our graduates.
Q: Can I place a job order for an extern?
Absolutely! Externship is part of a student’s curriculum. Our Massage Therapy externship is usually completed in our SOCHi clinic.
Q: How long will it take for my job order to be approved and when can I expect to be contacted by a candidate?
Job orders will be responded to within 1 business day. The Career Center can send over resumes to a company contact within 2 business days.
