I attended SOCHI From May 2013 to March 2014 and I must say that from the moment I sent my e mail to the school for information I have never met a school so ready and willing to help me when I needed ANYTHING.

They called me back the same day I requested information and helped schedule a campus tour.  While applying for an outside scholarship Mike G.  took the time out of his busy schedule to make sure my enrollment verification was sent personally by him on literally the evening of dead line, and I had not even met him in person yet.

I had evening classes and they were magical! My professor is and was extraordinary. She is not only knowledgeable in the field of massage, but she was always giving gems of wisdom to her class.

The couple that runs the massage clinic are so warm and so funny, not to mention helpful! As they were once students of the school and now are MT's and administration for the clinic, they help in training the students with hands on and client interaction. The clinic itself is a God send and it lends itself to students. If you have time and are in school the best thing you can do is get in there as often as possible and massage massage massage. I don't know of any other school that has the hands on preparation that SOCHI does.

I could sit here and write out all of the magic in every single individual person that works at Sochi, and all of the amazing people I met at Sochi. But in a metaphor, Sochi is a well in the middle of a desert. Like anything in this life, it will return what you put into it. But the people at this school care, genuinely about each student that walks through the door and if you try and give it your all, they will be right there with you to help in any way they can.

Lastly, at the end of graduation you get a pretty nice massage table. Usually students pick them up, but I moved 1600 miles away right after graduation. In a very short time and with a very tiny shipping fee the school made a special exception for me and shipped it to me.

I would now pay double what my tuition was to have those experiences again. Sochi rocks and anyone who says differently has a different opinion than I.

All I know is I tried very hard, worked full time while attending Sochi, and I wouldn't trade anything for the time I spent there. I am in a new state, preparing (with the help of my Sochi ex classmates) for the MBLEX. and I feel very ready to start my journey as an Massage Therapist because I know the school I attended is one of the best, if not the best out there.
